Flavours Catering was conceived by David and Leona Beeman along with Sandy Barnett. After observing a need for first class catering in the Alton and St. Louis Markets, it didn't take long to realize that,Sandy with her years of food service experience and David and Leona with their desire to serve people with excellence, that Flavours could fill the void.

Flavours is based in Brighton, Illinois and serves the St. Louis market. Business and conference luncheons are our specialty along with Weddings and private parties. We offer drop-off service or served meals. Our menu is current and tasteful. From sushi to sirloin we strive to deliver an appealing, healthy, diverse menu. Flavours is new and has fresh ideas on how to take catering to the next level.
